I am very proud to announce the launch of my new promotion venture US / THEM group. It's partnered with Sargent House (management & label) and aimed to move beyond the tired old model of music promotion and think outside of the blast, as it were.
There's US and there's THEM. Everything in life -- especially the music business -- is predicated on these terms of situational locality. It's one big, crazy Venn diagram of bands, blogs, zines, labels and fans. Our goal is to help bring them all together on the common ground of exciting, inspired and unique music. Toward that end, we are here to share music and information with you in the hope that you will write about it, play it on your show/podcast, twitter links, etc.
