New Music: The Low Anthem

“Oh My God, Charlie Darwin” is the third record from the Providence, RI-based trio.

These guys are a talented bunch- playing a melancholic brand of americana that blends elements of folk, blues, chamber music and gospel. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate but the harmonies are grand. The second track “To Ohio” is really good was once our song of the day.
