“Black River Killer” is the new EP from the Portland, OR-based band.
I’ve heard the buzz around this band but this is the first time I’ve heard their stuff. Somehow, I’ve managed to stay away from the highly acclaimed “Furr” record. I had no idea what I was missing - these guys are fantastic. The way they blend genres, beats and melodies is brilliant. And as is usually the case with any great band there is the combination of music that moves you and stories that grip you.
